WOW never experienced such great customer service. We purchased a Freelander from Dan and the service has been exceptional from start to finish. After picking up the vehicle there was a slight problem, but Dan immediately arranged for the vehicle to be collected and dropped of replacement car (180 mile round trip). The issue resolved and Dan arranged for the vehicle to be re-delivered to us, including new personalised number plates that he arranged for us. I cannot recall receiving such superb service, would highly recommend Stonehouse Motor Company and we would without doubt purchase another vehicle from them. Great to be able to support a small business rather than the large franchise.

We had a brilliant experience buying a car from Stonehouse Motor Company. The car was as seen & described on the web site. Dan was fabulous, he gave us time and space to have a good look at the car. We felt comfortable and were very impressed by the general set up, inspiring confidence.

My experience from start to finish was excellent. Dan, the used car specialist who sold me my car, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and was able to take the car for a good test drive before buying. The price seemed very good for the quality of the car - the best deal I'd found from looking around other places. The after sales service was also excellent - I had a small question about my car and they looked at it immediately and resolved it on the same day. Very happy, I highly recommend.

As a buyer from Scotland my online purchase was very simple and satisfactory. Dan made the whole process easy. Flew down to Bristol, Dan picked me up from the airport in the car and I drove back to Stonehouse to complete the paperwork. Had a great 8hr drive back in my new pride n joy.

I spoke with them straight away and they were able to arrange an appointment at our convenience to fix the problem.
